Lincoln alliance Corporation is the holding company of the `Lincoln Group` (Formerly known as the Iraqex). Lincoln Group is a Washington DC based subcontractor. They were hired by the US military to perform operations related with Public Relation in Iraq.
Lincoln Group was given a contract for media approach planning, commercial quality product development and distribution. They also performed the media effects analysis for the Joint Psychological Operation Support element for government agencies. The contract is assumed to have potential maximum of $100,000,000.
The Los Angeles Times revealed in 2005 that the company was paying Iraqi newspapers and television (Al-Arabiya) for news stories.
